Lemanarc Shanghai Station is currently looking for highly motivated, detail orientied, design-driven individuals with international background to join us.
Qualifications:
1. Major in Architect, Bachelor degree or above.
2. 3 to 6 years working experience in foreign design company or the first class design institute. The one with oversea experience will be priority.
3.Experience of having independently chaired and completed more than 30,000 m2 large scale projects such as public buildings and residence houses.
4.Fluency in English .French or German will be a plus
5.Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
6.With strong sense of responsibility and good team-work spirit.
7.Excellent communication skills and ability of team organization and management
